Estimated delivery time from order to arrive is between 7 to 21 business days. Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, please consider any holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics that may impact delivery times.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page.

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at edison@wildstudcoffee.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

We have a no-condition return policy, which means that at any time, if you feel like it, just inform us of your decision and we shall reject the cargo and refund your money.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Wildstudcoffee Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item, don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Wildstud for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under no circumstance does Wildstud reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Wildstud support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Wildstud.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Contact Customer Support to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your email and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit, or a refund.

Once our customer service representative makes contact with you, you will be asked to select the product that you want to return.

Make arrangements with Wildstud support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Wildstud.

WHAT THE RETURN PROCESS USUALLY ENTAILS

If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

If you have requested an account credit, be advised that returning funds usually take 24-48 hours to appear in your Wildstud account. This credit, once available, may be used to make a purchase on Wildstud.

If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated.
